You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent game rules, abuse promotions, or manipulate leaderboards. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Texas Word'Em uses virtual coins as in-game currency. These coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services outside of the game. Virtual coins are non-transferable and non-refundable.
You may earn coins by playing the game or purchase additional coins through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing (mobile) or Stripe (web). Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
We reserve the right to modify, manage, regulate, or eliminate virtual coins at any time. We are not liable for any loss of virtual coins due to account termination, game updates, or service interruptions.

Texas Word'Em is proprietary software developed and owned by Locallee Development. All rights reserved. The game's source code, visual design, artwork, sounds, music, game mechanics, and all other materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Player names and any other content you submit to the Service must comply with these Terms and our community standards. We reserve the right to remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.
