We respect your right to control your personal data. If you would like to delete your Texas Word'Em account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion

Send an email to otterholteli@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Include the email address associated with your Texas Word'Em account so we can locate it.
We will process your request and permanently delete your account within 30 days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

Your account profile (name, email address, profile photo)
Your coin balance and purchase history
Your game statistics (games played, games won, win rate)
Your level and XP progress
Your leaderboard entries
Your daily challenge history
Your table unlock status and preferences

What Data May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for a limited period after account deletion:

Purchase transaction records — retained for up to 90 days for financial compliance and fraud prevention, then permanently deleted.
Anonymized analytics data — aggregated, non-identifiable usage data collected via Google Analytics may persist but cannot be linked back to your account.

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose all coins, progress, and unlocked content. If you purchased coins, they cannot be refunded after account deletion.

Data Deletion Without Account Deletion

If you would like to delete specific data (such as game statistics) without deleting your entire account, please email us at otterholteli@gmail.com describing what data you would like removed.
